 The ministry was founded in the year 1986 under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Sister Pricilla Dhyriam started with a modest beginning in her home for women in need and distress
desperate for prayer. Today it has grown all over the city of Chennai and Hyderabad .Families started
benefiting when women began to pray meaningfully and many homes became prayer centers and
thousands of families enjoyed the fruits of prayer and the Word. Fragrance ministry also conducts an
annual event Prayer for the Nations and speakers from several countries across the world such as South
Africa, Kenya, Australia, Canada, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia etc., participate in these meetings.
Subhavaartha Prayer Centre is well known among the citizens of Hyderabad where women learn that
prayer is a strong foundation for each family and it forms a vital component of our Television Media
Ministry.
