India has the second largest TV subscribers in the world, next to USA and before China, with a little more than 500 million people, and this is on the rise every hour...
At present, there are about 420 private TV channels uplinking and downlinking in India. More than 80% of these channels are entertainment based with a surfeit of film-based content.
Goodnews Television was founded in the year 1996 with a vision to present and package value based programs to cater to both Christian and non-christian viewers. We produce around 800 programs a month in 6 major Indian languages which is being telecast in more than 12 different leading secular TV channels watched by millions of people not just in India but across the Middle East, Far East & South Asia.

In the year 2007 God enabled us to start our own 24 X 7 Telugu family Channel Subhavaartha TV. Plans are on the way to commission our second channel Subsandesh .
